Here, LPNs are tasked with delivering patient-centered care and support to our residents. They must adhere to and contribute to individualized care plans in line with nursing standards, policies, and procedures. The role involves working both collaboratively and independently, ensuring clear and constructive communication with team members, patients, and their families.
