Holton-Arms School is seeking a head varsity track and field coach for the winter and spring of 2024-2025. This person will be responsible for overseeing the entire track and field program. This person will have the opportunity to work with a strong assistant coaching staff that will lead a great group of student-athletes in one of the most competitive leagues in the DC Metro area. Previous coaching experience is preferred. We are looking for driven individuals of high character that will continue to increase the competitiveness of the program and embody the school's values. The program has a group of incredible kids who succeed in the classroom and participate in multiple sports or other activities within the school. Coaches are expected to uphold the program's objectives and mission of the school and the track and field program with a particular focus on commitment to fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, growth mindset, positivity, and community building. Schedule flexibility is required for after-school practices and games. The season begins February 24, and ends in mid-May. Competitive stipends are provided. A background check is required.
