Bachelor's Degree a Must.2+ years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.Familiarity with SAP a huge plus.Will use Six Sigma, Lean, and other Operational Excellence tools.This person will be out on the floor with people, and around machines (not in a lab).Responsibilities include:Improving process capabilities, eliminating defects, and reducing manufacturing costs.Leading and supporting process improvement projects.Understanding operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules.Working closely with management and engineering staff.Must have excellent communication skills.Well established company.
