Skills should include experience in:Finance and accounting process improvementFinancial planning and analysisBusiness performance management and transformationFinance target operating model and business partnershipFinance organizational structure alignmentTransaction preparation and executionTechnology acumen relative to Finance application environmentResponsibilitiesContribute to the day-to-day activities of BRG Corporate Finance client service teams executing on business improvement initiativesUtilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to prepare and execute transactions using financial modeling and analysis, financial and operational process optimization, data management, analytics and visualization, business plan assessments, financial technology enablement, transaction support, and finance transformationImprove decision-making, enable business partnering and drive shareholder valueDevelop the content for and lead the preparation of high quality, refined reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverablesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field6 – 10+ years of Big 4 financial management experienceLead engagement teams in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, recruiting, training, client pitches and product and practice developmentExpertise in financial modeling and analysis (particularly in Excel), including constructing and understanding 3-statement financial models, cash flows and scenario analyses is preferredStrong knowledge of basic corporate financial and operational processes, budgeting and forecasting, accounting close, treasury, order-to-cash and procure-to-payManage and oversee junior and senior staffGeneral knowledge of financial ERP, EPM, BI technologies and other finance and corporate performance management toolsCFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise is a plusAbility to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational dataAbility to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop insights and recommendationsWillingness to travel up to 80%Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
