Description
Normandy Farm is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in working in an upscale hospitality environment. An exemplary work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for providing superior customer service are necessary for all applicants.
We are currently seeking someone that can work a minimum of 16 hours per week AM shift with an occasional PM shift. This includes weekend availability (especially Friday & Saturday)
- Shifts are typically 5-8 hours.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

We operate a busy hotel and are looking for a reliable and charming shuttle driver/hotel attendant. We want smiles, dedication, and the ability to create a comfortable and upscale atmosphere for our customers. Must have own transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Shuttle Driver/Hotel Attendant Functions:
- Welcomes all guests to the hotel as well as bid them farewell in a cheerful manner
- Escorts guests to their accommodations
- Assists guests with luggage pick up and drop off
- Transports guests using the company shuttle passenger van
- Makes sure all luggage is stored and labeled properly
- Has full knowledge of all aspects and accommodations offered on the property
- Cleans and maintains the main lobby, entrance space, and luggage trolleys
- Restocks and Maintains Business Center and Lobby Spa Water
- Sets up Sunday Grab n' Go Continental Breakfast
- Assists front desk when needed
- Cleans and locks up according to prescribed procedures
- Attends and participates in all training sessions and team meetings
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner
- Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct
- Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management
- Reports to Front Desk Manager & Assistant Manager
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have successful results from a pre-employment background and drug.
- Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards as well as etiquette.
- Available to work weekends, evening shifts and major holidays (Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, along with other special events from time to time)
- Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance at all times
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Hotel Attendant experience at a full-service hotel preferred
