Patient Ratios 1:1 high risk labor&c-sections; 1:2 antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, PP on mag; 1:3 PP mag no baby, Out patients - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed. Type of equipment Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, CPN(GE) monitor, EMR CPN gold, Meditech.Typical hiring profile - Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters). Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Labor and delivery experience at least 2 years, Circulate C-sections.Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Labor and delivery experience more than 2 years, High risk LDR experience.List typical procedures performed on unit(s): C-sections, Inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, Doppler.Schedule Information

Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.We have a team nursing approach, where all of the nurses look out for each other, and help each other when possible.Strong leadership team that is supportive of nurses and can all work the floor when/if needed.Many tenured nurses with 20-40 years of experience.New OB Hospitalist program began in April, and gives attending support to the residency program, and nurses working triage.
