Unit Medsurg Oncology# beds-17 bedsCerts-BLSRatios-1 to 5 could be 1 to 4 if one of patients is getting chemoEMR-CernerCharge Nurse-clinical supervisor who will not take pt assignment, will fill in as break reliefNurse Aides-1 nurse aide on for 8 hrs of daysFloating-to tele 1 to 4 ratio, could also float between medsurg floorsCommon diagnosis / Types of patients-mostly oncology patients but may have some overflow medsurgVents-NoHospitalist or Intensivist in house hosp -24/7IV Team-noRT 24/7-yesPharmacy 24/7 yesAdditional Details
COVID Vaccine Required (Certification);**HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE CONSIDERED, HOWEVER NOT GUARANTEEDScrub Color-navyTele-portable tele box as needed, they do have monitor tech, nurses must be able to read and interpret, will have to take dysrhythmia exam
