The Heart and Vascular Center of Excellence of Wake Forest School of Medicine is seeking candidates for a full-time faculty position in the section of Non-Invasive General Cardiology. Candidates with a particular interest and/or specialty training in multimodality imaging including peri-procedural imaging are preferred. Candidates should be at least Level 2 trained in the performance and interpretation of transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms. Training in interpretation of nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and/or cardiac MRI studies would be a valuable additional expertise.
Additionally, experience with intraprocedural transesophageal echocardiography is preferred.
This position includes teaching of residents and fellows with ample opportunities for research.
