in Panama City, Florida.

is a single-specialty practice is a dedicated medical care team specializing exclusively in women’s health services. We have built and have plans to expand our fantastic team to provide excellent services to women in Bay County. Our team provides personalized, professional, and state-of-the-art medical care to our valued patients.Position Description/Highlights:No call requirementSchedule: 4-day work weekPatient Load: 18-21 patients per dayPerform patient exams, screenings, treatments, and record patient health history.Prescribe medications, therapies, order diagnostic testing and perform procedures, such as Colposcopies, EMBX, IUD/Nexplanon insertions and removals, etc.Provide family planning services, well-woman exams, patient education, and counseling.Work closely with our board-certified physicians to provide excellent patient care.Experienced medical team and support staff to assist with day-to-day patient care.Compensation/Benefits Highlights:Comparable compensation based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision, short/long-term disability.Provides company paid medical malpractice coverage.Company paid life insuranceCME and Travel ReimbursementDiscretionary Expense AccountCompany Laptop provided and reimbursement for cell phone expenses.401(k) with Safe Harbor ContributionSupportive and appreciative cultureRequirements:Minimum of 2 years as a practicing full time WHNPNCC Board CertificationUnrestricted, active licensure in the State of Florida or ability to obtain.Current unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain.BLS Certification or ability to obtain.Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plansAbility to communicate with patients, providers, team members and management.Ability to make patient care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision by a physician.About Panama City and Panama City BeachPanama City is known for being family-friendly and offers numerous amenities and activities for all ages.Panama City offers an artsy Downtown area and a historic waterfront area located on St. Andrews Bay.Living in Panama City means enjoying a small town, laid-back atmosphere, warm weather, and various outdoor activitiesPanama City Beach, features 27 miles of white sand beaches along the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
