Senior Associate, Investment – Technology/AI

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated investment professional to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of investment experience in Technology/AI investment, with a strong background in areas such as AI infrastructure/application, deep tech/enterprise services software. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying promising investment opportunities and a track record of successful deal execution.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in startups from technical and commercial aspects
Conduct thorough due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.
Develop and present investment recommendations to the senior leadership team.
Manage and monitor portfolio investments, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
To inform investment decisions, stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
Participate in negotiations, structuring, and closing of investment deals.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/AI or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
6-10 years of experience in investment, with a focus on Tech/AI/deep tech/enterprise services software.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong network within the technology and investment communities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 and will be commensurate according to relevant experiences.
