Qualifications: Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required. One or more years post graduate degree practice preferred. Licensed in the the state in which the facility(s) operate. Licenses/Certifications: Board certification in psychiatry Current DEA credentials to prescribe controlled substances without restrictions and per regulation within the state in which the practitioner will be working.
