Job Title: Platform Engineer (AWS Deployment)

Location: Madison, WI 53783 (100% remote)

Duration: 3 months

Pay Rate Range: $60- $70/Hour

Job Description:

· Solid knowledge and understanding of multiple IT subject areas (e.g. development, configuration, deployment, testing, configuration, deployment, monitoring etc.).

· Solid knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies and application development methodologies.

· Solid knowledge and understanding of System Administration (configurations, installations, patch management, server maintenance, etc.) and Network Management (firewalls, proxies, IP management, routing, DNS).

· Knowledge and understanding of GitLab and Jenkins

· Solid knowledge and understanding of Bootstrap

· Demonstrated experience with AWS services, including, but not limited to KSM, Glue catalog, Athena, IAM, S3, Logging (EMR, EC2 & RDS)

· Demonstrated experience with Linux

· Knowledge and understanding of ETL and Informatica

· Solid knowledge and experience debugging, identifying root cause and solving of applications

· Solid knowledge and experience provisioning, upgrading, and tuning database services
