ChampionX is seeking a

Field Support Representative

to provide general administrative support to multiple cross functional departments in

Dickinson, ND

The primary function for this role is to utilize SAP for order/invoice creation and working the Accounts Receivable reporting tool. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Administrative Assistant who wants to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging environment.

Responsible for Order to Cash processing using SAPMonitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivableReport creation/analyzation using SAP data export to ExcelMaintaining customer master dataMaintaining relevant EDI data in customer pay platformsWorking closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issuesManages the daily operation of the office, which may include mail and telephone receptionMinimum Qualifications:

High School degree or equivalent required.4 years of administrative experience with emphasis utilizing excelPreferred Qualifications:

Some CollegeStrong PC skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite AppsSAP experienceRequires the ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skillsExcellent Verbal and Written skills a mustEffective collaboration with team mindsetAbility to work in fast paced environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskMust be flexible, responsive and resourcefulAble to work autonomously and self-motivated
