The selected candidate will work on a wide range of insurance defense cases and will have the opportunity to represent clients in a variety of insurance-related disputes. This role will provide you with the opportunity to hone your legal skills and gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. Defending insurance companies against claims in both state and federal courts.2. Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.3. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.4. Managing all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.5. Representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.6. Providing legal advice and guidance to insurance companies regarding potential liabilities and risks.7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments related to insurance defense.8. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.4. Proven experience in legal writing and dispute resolution.5. Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.6.
