ResponsibilitiesAs an
Agency Sales and Marketing Manager
(ASMM), you'll be responsible forv implementing all agency management and distribution strategies and tactics.
You will work with the Regional VP (RVP) in managing agency expectations and executing growth, profit and relationship building. You'll also report directly to the RVP and additionally will have matrixed relationships with the underwriters and corporate Marketing.

We'll count on you for:
Growth:
new business renewal retention and mix of business. Balanced by size, industry, class, LOB and CAT exposure.
Profit:
Loss Ratio, rate achievement, combined ratio and ROE.
Expense Management:
Control expenses within designated budget
People Development:
Coaching and mentoring the underwriting team on sales skills and utilization of tools such as the New Business Pipeline Report.
Territorial Management:
Building relationships with key agents, brokers, regulators and insureds. Understanding best opportunities and ability to put resources in play to maximize results.
QualificationsWhat you need to have:
Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 2-5 years commercial marketing experience
CIC Designation or other equivalent coursework preferred.
Good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize.
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines products and contract knowledge including regulatory and policy differences among applicable states.
