Senior Product Manager, Ads Marketplace (Shopping Ads)

In this role, you will work with our core Ads Delivery team and solve foundational problems relating to ad selection, matching, and ranking. Reddit operates an in-house ad stack built from the ground up by our teams. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Data Sciences, and Sales team to identify opportunities and build cutting-edge ML tech that improves the performance of our ad systems.Dynamic Product Ads (Shopping Ads) is a strategic area of investment for us, and this role will play a pivotal role in building out this line of business. You will build out key capabilities required for our online retail advertisers and bring innovative solutions to market.As a member of a growing product team, you will have significant ownership and responsibility in shaping Reddit’s overall monetization strategy.Responsibilities:

Drive product vision and backlog for key components of Reddit Advertising selection pipeline.Bring new advertising offerings to market collaborating with our sales, ops, and platform teams.Collaborate closely with Engineers, PMs, Data Scientists, and Product Marketers to ideate, prioritize, and drive projects through the full product cycle, from proposal and experimentation to eventual launch.Draw deep insight from competitive research and emerging industry trends to inform strategy and product decisions.Define and own a set of KPIs that track advertiser outcomes, ads marketplace efficiency metrics, adoption, and revenue growth.Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Product Management experience with at least two years of experience shipping impactful B2B or B2C products, with AdTech experience.Experience with areas such as Ads and content personalization, auctions, ranking, search, shopping and retail media networks, content understanding, information retrieval, etc.Experience working on ML Based AdTech products.Experience managing the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, navigating trade-offs, and pre/post-launch execution.Track record of driving measurable business results.Engineering or Sciences degree. Excellent analytical sense and experience driving products & business decisions that involve data analysis and experimentation.Strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
