13 weeksRequirements:Must have 1 year of Scrubbing experienceMust be registered with Washington StateGraduate of an accredited schoolMust have ENT (FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy in addition to soft tissue – thyroid/parathyroid)Davinci XI experience required (Gyn, Uro, General)BLSOther Details:First time travelers okayCharting System: Cerner# Suites 22 Capability to go to 26 (on 3 different floors)Average # of cases per day 50-65Common Cases: GYN/Uro/Vascular/Plastic/Ortho (total hips/knees)/Neuro/Cardiovascular/Thoracic/General (Breast/HPB/Bariatric)/Sports Med (Hand/Podiatry)/Kidney (or kidney/pancreatic) transplants, ENT (FESS (sinus), septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy in addition to soft tissue – thyroid/parathyroid). Large and complex cases.
