As a part of our collaborative team, you'll have the chance to work in a supportive environment that values creativity, innovation, and acceptable risk-taking.In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with Project Managers, aiding in project setup, ensuring project information accuracy in management reports, and handling all aspects of project billing. The successful candidate must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data, technical procedures, and organizational regulations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts to establish billing terms, identifying and recording expenses, and maintaining accounting records.Key Responsibilities:Assist Project Managers in project setup and contract reviewsHandle all aspects of project billingIdentify and record direct and reimbursable expensesCompile and maintain accurate accounting recordsProduce financial reports on projectsInvoicing for client billingMeet with Project Managers to review project financials and provide necessary follow-upQualifications:3+ years of experience in project accounting, financial analysis, or billingStrong understanding of project accounting and project control supportAA or BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field (a plus)Previous experience in an AEC industryFamiliarity with Oracle and/or Deltek (highly desired)The

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
