Job Description

Oversee the internal audit program for the consumer feedback process to ensure that consumer feedback is acknowledged, logged, reviewed, and evaluated properly.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of consumer feedback and make recommendations to resolve issues.

Collaborate with plant quality personnel to perform root cause investigations, implement corrective action plans, and prevent the reoccurrence of consumer complaints.

Provide quality and technical responses for customers and consumers requesting FIJI Water quality information.

Provide training on the consumer feedback process, quality management principles, and other quality related topics to internal and external stakeholders.

Track, trend, analyze and report KPI findings for market quality and respective cross functional teams.

Evaluate the finished product traceability system on a regular basis to ensure a robust process.

Own the corporate quality document control program. Responsible for ensuring all documents are controlled before going into circulation.

Develop and maintain the market quality standard operating procedures as required.

Manage and monitor the online quality platforms to ensure compliance with customer expectations.

Evaluate the third-party laboratory testing report to ensure global compliance.

Track, manage, and respond to customer and regulatory compliance requests.

Work closely with the Legal, Regulatory and Corporate Communication teams as required.

Collaborate with the Sourcing and New Product Development teams to fulfill packaging regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in food science or other related science degree.

5+ years prior experience in food or beverage industry as part of a Quality Assurance or operation team is preferred. Experience in CPG/beverage is a plus.

Strong understanding of US and international food safety regulations/standards, including HACCP, GMPs, and FSMA preferred.

Advanced Excel skills required.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees and external partners.

Ability to drive and influence positive change in both processes/systems and culture.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Robust and meticulous analytics and strategic thinking capability; keen eye for continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $120,000 - 135,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
