Romero Academy at Annunciation is seeking passionate, mission-driven individuals to join our team as After School Care Monitors. Hours are from 2:45pm to 5:30pm on Mondays.Responsibilities:
Monitor a group of 12-18 students while supporting homework completion, quiet play, and literacy tutoring.Facilitate a calm and effective dismissal process, ensuring each child is released to the correct adult.Create and maintain a learning environment where every scholar feels safe, loved, and inspired to learn and grow.Support a school culture focused on faith, academic achievement, and character development.Develop meaningful relationships with students and parents that drive students to love learning and make exceptional academic gains.Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of a high school diploma.A desire to help students grow in faith, virtue, and intellect.A passion for being a part of a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture.The ability to be flexible in a fast-paced school environment that is responsive to students’ needs.Contact:
