Atlanta
office. This role will work specifically within a three-person sales team. Build Proposals and Offering MemorandaBuild and deploy email blasts promoting listingsManage team’s social media postsMaintain a marketing schedule of proactive marcomm activitiesWork with third parties to advertise dealsCreate ad hoc marketing materials as requested by team membersAssist with posting social media content, press releases and other external piecesRequired Knowledge and Experience:
Highly organized and detail orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAdobe Creative Cloud proficiencyExperience with Constant ContactMicrosoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPointExcellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuationVersatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requestedExperience with desktop publishing software and/or web design is a plus
