Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, representing companies in federal and state litigation matters such as financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duties, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation.Candidates must be skilled in all aspects of litigation, including motions, depositions, discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
