Represent clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection mattersConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal documentsProvide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation processParticipate in settlement negotiations and mediationsHandle court appearances and hearings when necessaryManage staffBenefits

We have since expanded to Nevada and will soon be licensed in Arizona and other states. We currently handle personal injury and worker compensation claims but have been receiving an increase in lemon law inquiries. Acquiring cases will not be an issue. We are actively searching for a highly proficient and motivated attorney to assume the role of Lemon Law Managing Attorney. This presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual who possesses a wealth of experience, unwavering determination, and an aspiration to elevate their career to new heights. The ideal candidate will be tasked with nurturing the growth of our Lemon Law Department and will undertake the responsibilities of a managing attorney, essentially becoming a pivotal partner within the Lemon Law Department.
