Assessments

PC

As

to

ASTM

Standard

E2018, as well as

client scopes such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac,

underwriting/debt level for lending purposes.

Experience

with performing PCAs

of

property types including

campus/regional, high-rise office, retail, industrial, multifamily, etc.

Preferable

but not essential

to have

additional

experience with performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)

.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms

PCAs

to ASTM, JLL and c

lient protocols

in

a timely

manner

.

Subject matter expert in

evaluating

building systems and conditions, seismic,

accessibility

, MEP, or other specialties, as well as client scopes such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.

Conducts walk-through surveys to assess condition of

Property

development

.

Must safely access roofs when part of work scope.

Interviews property owners, occupants, key site personnel and local government officials to obtain information concerning the

P

roperty’s condition.

Reviews repair/improvement cost information, certificates of occupancy, maintenance reports and logs, Building and Fire Department inspection reports, and similar information.

Takes

photographs of representative systems, conditions, and physical deficiencies.

May provide

technical direction and guidance to

junior level

evelop business with clients, present services, and support revenue

QUALIFICATIONS

The position requires simultaneously managing deliverables for

multiple

ongoing assignments.

Estimated total compensation range for this position is:65,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
