Salary commensurate with experience. We also offer fee sharing for any personal injury cases brought in by the associate and accepted by the firm.Responsibilities & Duties
Prepare motions and discoveryAppear in CourtInterview clients and witnesses, review transcripts, request the investigation of facts and testimony, maintain documentation of clients' files, and confer with experts, opposing counsel, clients, and other interested parties to determine the course of action that should be taken on behalf of the clientsAdvise clients as to their rights, consequences, and the actions, including the relative merits of trial by judge or jury and the advisability of negotiated settlementsConduct legal research necessary to prepare appropriate and relevant motions, briefs, and pleadings critical to the representation of clientsQualifications & Skills
License to practice law in all courts of the State of CaliforniaProfessional attitudeExcellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsSelf-motivatedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits
