Sr. Project Manager - Architecture

Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with maximum client satisfaction. This position will require supervision of other architects.What You'll Do:Responsible for preparation for strategic plans for project success. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.Actively manages client’s budget, schedule and program as well as HNTB’s budget and schedule. Administers project communications and documentation. Oversees office administrative tasks and project team assignments.Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on small to medium size projects.Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed.Integrates quality control measures during all phases of design.Performs other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field and 12 years of relevant experience4 years of successful management of Architecture projectsWhat You'll Bring:Revit and AutoCAD skillsHistory of successful leadership on complex projectsExperience leading projects and teams on complex projectsExperience in client relations, client management, contract negotiations, and consulting skills.What We Prefer:Registered Architect (RA)15 years of relevant experienceAdditional InformationVisa sponsorship is available for this position.Locations: Miami, FL
