Sr Manager Real Estate Counsel

Hybrid in Phoenix, AZOur client is a publicly traded, national real estate organization adding to their corporate legal team. They are seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2+ years of experience. This is a hybrid work environment (3 days in office) that offers excellent work/life balance and opportunities for advancement.Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with the company’s senior VPs and experienced paralegals. This role will work extensively with in-house leasing, property management, construction, and development departments. Duties will include preparing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases, amendments, brokerage agreements, and purchasing and sale agreements.Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estateJD from an ABA accredited law schoolHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple projects
