We are excited to offer a unique part-time opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo. Launch Legends will be launching the Testnet for the blockchain and the integrated Creator SocialFi Platform in late September.

with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.Work alongside
our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.Develop and launch
three distinct websites, fully designed in Figma, for our key projects: Autheo, GO WFO, and Launch Legends.Create and optimize
landing pages that drive engagement and conversions, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.Compensation:
Initially compensation is equity and token only (until we complete our public token sale anticipated December or January).

Opportunity:ROLE: SENIOR WEB3 PRODUCT MANAGER:We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and help build the infrastructure and roadmap for our Web3 products. This role will be focused on planning, strategizing, and executing the build-out of core Web3 components including wallets, tokenization systems, NFT platforms, and decentralized protocols.
Responsibilities :Understand the product and company's vision and develop efficient product strategies and implementation plansWork closely with clients to understand needs and guide the complete development of the projectDelegate duties to team members based on individual skills and strengthsAllocate resources, formulate budgets, create project plans, schedules, and roadmapsAdjust schedule as needed and ensure development stays aligned with plan and requirementsCollaborate with design team to build prototypes and gather feedback from all stakeholdersPrepare proper documents and oversee timely deployment of the projectCome up with creative ideas to take the product to the next levelLead planning processes to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Web3 infrastructureConduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and gapsDefine requirements and specifications for new Web3 infrastructure products and featuresWork closely with engineering teams to develop scalable and secure infrastructure architecture and integrationsDrive execution and delivery of Web3 infrastructure products and platformsContinuously improve infrastructure through gathering user feedback, monitoring performance, and iteratingStay up-to-date on latest developments in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologiesWork closely with engineering teams to develop scalable and secure infrastructure architecture and integrations
Requirements :5+ years experience as a senior product manager leading complex technical productsDeep understanding of Web3 technologies including blockchain, smart contracts, tokens, Web3 SDKs, wallets, etc.Experience with cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, and familiarity with crypto/Web3 communitiesAbility to think strategically about product vision while managing technical detailsStrong technical background with ability to collaborate with engineering teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in fast-paced environmentsPassion for Web3 and decentralizationThis is a unique opportunity to join a leading Web3 company and help design the future of the decentralized web.
