The ideal candidate will have a prior architecture background with a technical focus. The Lab Space Planner will create test fits for client approval and contribute to maintaining the infrastructure database.Responsibilities:Partner with engineering and project management teams to evaluate available power and HVAC infrastructure capacity to determine feasibility of lab space.Analyze existing building plans and data to identify potential lab space.Create test fits for client approval.Maintain infrastructure database.Work with other departments to coordinate lab space planning.Stay up-to-date on industry trends in lab design and construction.Provide mentoring and training to other space planners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.7+ years of experience in lab space planning.Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.Strong technical skills and understanding of MEP systems.CAD experience required, BIM experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.AIA, BIM Professional or other relevant certifications preferred.Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
84,000.00 – 110,460.00 USD per year.Location:
