Send updated customers SOA on a weekly basis.Verify & record payment of customers.Reconcile client balances to ensure data integrity.Respond to customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.Ability to handle difficult customers.Analytical and can work under pressure.Timely collection and recording of tax certificates.Alternate Cashier.Ability to propose solutions to all problems encountered.Maintain accounts receivable files & records.Perform bank reconciliations & monthly GL analysis.Take up additional tasks that may be assigned to meet Departmental requirements.Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.Minimum two years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry.Good accounting knowledge.Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.Motivated self-starter and work with urgency.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.Pro-active approach, strong organizational skills.Expeditors offers excellent benefits:Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time.Life Insurance.Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Training and Personnel Development Program.Growth opportunities within the company.Provision of 26 days Work-from-Home Set-up per year.
