Job DescriptionNANA’s talent development strategy is to develop a workforce that is deeply rooted in NANA’s history, mission, values, core principles, equipped to excel in meeting today's demands, and prepared to navigate the challenges of tomorrow. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Development Manager is entrusted with the effective design, development, and implementation of training programs for all employees across NANA and its subsidiaries, with a particular emphasis on development and advancement of NANA Shareholders. This role is pivotal in overseeing and administering initiatives that enhance training, development, and advancement opportunities for NANA Shareholder employees. The position requires the integration of the organization’s developmental needs into a cohesive and comprehensive training strategy, ensuring intentional alignment with NANA’s mission to improve the quality of life for NANA Shareholders. The incumbent is expected to fully adhere to and exemplify NANA’s mission, core principles, and values.ResponsibilitiesDesign and Development of Training Programs:

Create, develop, and implement training programs that address the needs of employees at all levels within NANA and its subsidiaries. This includes technical and non-technical programs, utilizing multiple formats, including print, audio, visual, and multimedia.Program Administration:

Oversee and manage the administration of training and development initiatives, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet organizational objectives.Employee Development:

Identify and assess the developmental needs of employees, particularly NANA shareholder employees, and integrate these needs into the overall training strategy.Leadership Development:

Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate and prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles within the organization.Shareholder Development and Advancement:

Build a robust pipeline of NANA Shareholder employees ready for leadership roles, provide targeted development and career advancement opportunities, and foster a supportive, inclusive environment.Succession Planning:

Contribute to succession planning efforts by identifying key roles and preparing employees for future leadership positions.Alignment with Organizational Goals:

Ensure all training and development programs align with NANA’s mission, values, and long-term strategic objectives.Project Management:

Create, implement and manage projects to identify needs and meet budget, deadlines and milestones.Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure all training initiatives comply with legal requirements and adhere to industry best practices, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) considerations.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis, providing regular reports to senior management on key metrics and outcomes.Budget Management:

Manage the budget for training and development programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with department heads and other key stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the evolving needs of the organization.This position has no supervisory responsibilities currently but may have it in the future. Other duties pertinent to the department or unit’s success may also be assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, training, learning and development, or a related area.Minimum of 5 years working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).Ensure program delivery is in alignment with NANA’s mission, core principles, and values.Understanding of and commitment to advancing the employment and development of NANA shareholders.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and Power Point.Working knowledge of HR software (Deltek Costpoint preferred).Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple target dates in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience with content creation.Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and engagement across the organization.Ability to assess training needs, analyze data, and measure the effectiveness of development programs.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the position.Driver’s License with a driving record that meets NANA’s insurance requirements.Working Conditions and Physical RequirementsWeather:
