Job SummaryManages multiple and simultaneous projects. Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and completion of all phases of multiple and simultaneous projects assigned while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Responsible for team development, monitoring and guidance with internal and external constituents.Minimum Requirements1-3 years of experience in direct project management including implementing package solutions required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages projects and project teams including creating and executing project work plans to deliver the agreed business outcomes.Identify needs and define major tasks and milestones based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel.Revises work plan as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while ensuring engagement with stakeholders to identify & track benefits.Identify all key project stakeholder & interdependencies and tightly manage to increase success of project delivery.Establishes project quality standards, monitors project status and maintains project plans on schedule.Identifies and develops plans to reduce risk throughout the project.Manages the financial aspects of the implementations, monitoring project costs and communicating costs against budget to clients.Ensures commitments (both contractual and non-contractual) are met.Prepares reports for review by managerial and other leaders to provide status updates and other information related to projects.Manages relationship with vendors & stakeholders. Acts as liaison between implementation personnel, Leaders & vendors by leading meetings to review project details & obtain approval/signoffs.Delivers engaging, informative and well-organized meetings.Create and maintain project documentation as required by standard project management standards.Additional duties as directed by the senior leader in the Innovation Department and CHV.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesExperience in healthcare, technology and business development is highly preferred.PMP or CAPM preferred.Able to deliver projects within scope, budget and schedule.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Excellent planning capabilities and strong experience of working with planning tools.Self-starter and self-motivated.Demonstrate strong leadership skills.Highly skilled in consulting with clients to ascertain and define need or problem area and determine scope of investigation required obtaining solution.Able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
