You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales/services to ensure the successful development and launch of innovative infotainment, device and services solutions that exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities

What you'll do...Product Strategy and Roadmap:Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation in-vehicle infotainment and digital ecosystem including projection, cast, and airplay.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.Develop and maintain detailed product requirements (PRDs) for our digital system.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the infotainment product meets technical feasibility and design excellence.Work closely with sales and services teams to ensure digital roadmaps support our critical business initiatives and support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.Facilitate communication and coordination between all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product milestones.Customer Experience:Champion the customer experience by understanding and addressing customer pain points, preferences, and feedback related to vehicle ownership and in-vehicle infotainment.Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide product development and design decisions.Ensure the final infotainment system delivers a seamless and exceptional user experience from interface design to feature functionality.Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and future enhancements.Manage the product lifecycle, including updates, feature releases, and end-of-life planning.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on product performance and customer satisfaction.Qualifications

You'll have...Bachelor's degree in engineering or tech-related field7+ years of Product Management experience with proven experience in translating key customer experiences into product requirements.3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, directly managing or influencing product team members.Experience bringing embedded and cloud software products to life.Superior communication and persuasion skills; ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs derived from data.Proven relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to influence and drive outcomes in large, matrixed organizations.Entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, and resilience; methodical thinker with ability to thrive on and drive change while navigating ambiguity.Proven track record of solving tough problems and delivering working solutions throughout career.Passion for serving customers.Must be able and willing to work in our Palo Alto, CA office.Even better, you may have...MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience working in the automotive industry.Genuine forward-thinking approach to technology.Experience successfully launching a product in market.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!Job Info
