Posted Monday, July 8, 2024 at 5:00 AMKindeva is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist Professional to support the Human Resources Function at our Northridge, CA Manufacturing Facility. The Human Resources Generalist will work in close partnership with HR and the Leadership Team to ensure programs and processes delivered are aligned with Business strategies and HR priorities. This includes supporting new programs aligned with the business and HR strategies in a manner effective for the business. The HR Generalist will collaborate on HR related matters associated with site colleagues and HR processes (e.g., staffing, talent/performance management, employee relations, benefits/compensation programs, and diversity/equity/inclusion programs). Through a combination of HR expertise and understanding of company objectives, the HR Generalist will effectively support and resolve HR issues within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.The HR Generalist must be passionate about achieving organizational goals through collaboration with other team members. The HR Generalist will mitigate company risks by ensuring that all company practices are compliant with government regulations. The HR Generalist will support the broader HR strategy with a focus on customer service and assure alignment with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, legal, HR, Payroll, Tax, Finance). The HR Generalist will perform essential functions while demonstrating the PRECISE Values (Personal Accountability, Respect, Excellence, Communication, Innovation, Service, & Energy).ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESPromote a positive work culture supporting all aspects of Human Resources/Employee Relations while ensuring that company policies are administered fairly and consistently.Administer HR policies and procedures, current state, local and federal regulations, and corporate objectives while providing guidance to employees and managers.Collaborate with supervisors/managers to resolve employee relations issues and performance matters.Conduct investigations related to policy violations, misconduct, or other circumstances that may result in administrative actions.Support the administration of EEOC, NLRB, and other employment claims.Help develop messages, events, presentations, and other communication vehicles to drive employee engagement around company’s strategic vision.Collaborate with site management in building skills to effectively drive performance/talent management, and compensation strategies.Help build capabilities of key stakeholders to be able to address employee relations issues and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment and experience for all colleagues.Supports the execution of cultural talent management, compensation, and related Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs.Support cross-functional work streams to drive positive outcomes.Other duties as assigned to support a continuous improvement workplace.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS in Human Resources or related field such as management and/or business administration required.Minimum 3 years of Human Resource experience with demonstrated increase in responsibility.Experience in supporting and coaching people leaders is required.Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and translate them to HR plans and deliverables.Demonstrated business knowledge and acumen, with a strong desire to further understand the business and keep learning.Demonstrated facilitation, consultative and coaching skills.Solid expertise in HR technical proficiencies and core HR competencies with experience in coaching and driving process improvements.High integrity including maintenance of confidential information.Values diversity perspective and is open to new ideas and approaches. Work effectively with others to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Effective written, communication, and presentation skills.Other relevant duties as assigned.Other Requirements:Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix team environment.Demonstrated ability to assess and work through employee relations and/or performance related matters, providing managers appropriate coaching in resolving the issue.Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond back in a timely manner.Must possess project management, problem-solving and facilitation skills. Any type of continuous improvement experiences a plus.A strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.Ability to challenge manager’s perspective when it is in the best interest of Kindeva.Ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality.Ability to provide conflict resolution.Ability to analyze information and provide guidance and solutions.Ability to operate in a highly fluid, complex environment that requires adaptability and decisiveness.Ability to work in a self-directed environment, with minimal instruction needed, assuming increased levels of responsibility and taking accountability for decisions and outcomes.Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Kindeva Drug Delivery.
