to oversee our accounting operations. The Manager will be responsible for managing the general ledger, coordinating monthly close process, and ensuring accurate GAAP reporting and financial analysis. This role will also lead the annual audit, maintain robust internal controls, and handle international account matters. This position will be

full-time

and

remote but willing to go onsite in Allentown, PA a few times per quarter.What You’ll DoOversee the general ledger, ensuring all financial reporting is maintained in accordance with GAAPManage the monthly close process, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statementsConduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights and support to the leadership teamCoordinate the annual audit process with external auditors, ensuring all financial records are compliantDevelop and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard company assetsManage and execute international accounting processes, including foreign currency transactions and compliance with international financial regulationsSupervise, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growthCollaborate with various departments to improve accounting processes and financial systemsEnsure timely and accurate reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA or CMA designation preferredPublic accounting (audit) experience preferred5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with a demonstrated track record of progressionStrong understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and analysisExperience with the annual audit process and managing relationships with external auditorsProficiency in implementing and maintaining internal controlsExperience with international accounting and an understanding of global financial regulationsDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop staffExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsExcellent with accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work collaboratively across departmental functionsWorkday Financial System experience (highly preferred)Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
