Essential skills and experience:3+ years leading a sales team in a retail or service environmentExperience leading a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environmentExperience with Quickbooks is a mustMust be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needsHigh School or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuouslyPreferred Skills And ExperienceExperience using financial metrics to track sales progress to drive profitable sales and marginsAbility to network and engage with the communityResponsibilities:

Implements the vision and business plan of the Franchisee on a day-to-day basisOversees and manages the overall day-to-day operations of the businessMaintaining the books for the business in Quickbooks - Bookkeeping experience in Quickbooks is a mustImplements principles of lean manufacturing and workflow processes along with other policies, procedures, and goalsMaintains strong relationships with vendors and coordinates purchasing efforts to ensure adequate paper, toner, and other materials are in inventory to complete jobs on timeKnows and understands the capabilities of the print and bindery equipment and uses this knowledge to efficiently schedule productionMaintains relationships with trade printers and binderies and manages sublet vendors as requiredProvides support to the outside and inside sales team; serves as a liaison between sales and operations ensuring on-time delivery of products and servicesMaintains financial bookkeeping for the businessAssists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the brand and the centerCoordinates activities of departments such as operations, production, and sales to affect operational efficiency and economyCreates an environment that motivates the team to increase sales while focusing on quality and customer serviceHires, trains, and develops personnelRequirements:

Must be very structured and process-orientedNice to have experience operating digital printers, wide format, and bindery equipmentNice to have experience operating print software such as PrintSmith from EFIMust be able to implement policies and proceduresCollege degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Office and QuickbooksAbove average in computer systems including Macintosh and/or PC computersPrefer prior experience in managing a print store, Print Solutions Store or othersExperience with direct mail and variable data projects is preferredMust be able to effectively communicate internally through verbal and written communications.5-10 years of print industry management experience preferredThis is a great opportunity and a chance to be part of a 50-year-old brand on the cutting edge of technology.
