Salary Pay Range:

This role involves setting and executing the operating plan, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring excellence in sales, operations, customer satisfaction, quality, safety, productivity, and employee relations.Sales:

Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to guide and direct the sales team.Operational:

Oversee operations, evaluate business performance against goals and plans, and ensure adherence to company policies on employee conduct, safety, quality decision-making, and operational procedures.Continuous Improvement:

Champion the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIPS) program at the location by decentralizing decision-making and empowering employees with data and visual management tools to eliminate waste. Support supervisory staff in conducting daily Unmatched Customer Experience (UCE) Tiered Meetings and utilizing the Continuous Opportunity Item List (COIL) for rapid problem-solving.Financial:

Lead a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategy.
