The IT Specialist is responsible for utilizing their strong technical and customer service skills to provide user support/troubleshooting on software and hardware issues.
Qualifications:
Strong IT background experience (security, system maintenance, network infrastructure)Excellent customer service skills. Being able to communicate virtually, over the phone or in person effectively while remaining patient at times is critical.Comfortable working on-site dailyBackground with Microsoft OS and iOS
