Blue Yonder Job Title:Senior Manager, Marketing PerformanceLocation:US - remoteDallas preferredOverview:Blue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Performance to help lead our marketing analytics and performance measurement efforts. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Performance and Technology team, this role will be pivotal in building a data-driven marketing organization, bringing analytical rigor to our tactic mix optimization, campaign planning, and channel optimization activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in B2B marketing technologies and attribution models, and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.What you will do:Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making within the marketing department, leveraging analytics to advise on best-performing topics, programs, and tactics.Develop and implement marketing performance measurement frameworks and reporting to evaluate marketing activities against business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to optimize tactic mix based on data-driven insights.Partner with business analytics team to ensure reports are available on key aspects of marketing performance.Implement comprehensive marketing analytics strategies to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.Lead the development of applicable attribution models to assess the impact of marketing activities throughout the customer journey.Coordinate A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve marketing performance and conversion rates.What we are looking for:A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics or related field.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.Proficiency in extracting data and insights from various marketing data sources, including, but not limited to Marketo, Marketo Measure (Bizible), 6Sense, Google Analytics, and Power BI.Familiarity with the latest trends in marketing performance reporting and B2B marketing attribution models.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings to key stakeholders.The salary range for this position is: USD $120,334.55 - $151,665.44. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
