BA or BS degree and at least two years of experience in student services or higher education, or a combination of education and relevant work experience to equal at least 6 years.Is able to cultivate a sense of inclusion and belonging for groups of people. Has the ability to present/facilitate discussions amongst learners. Experience/understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace.
