Are you ready to launch a career at BlueHalo?We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and manage our proposal development process to pursue winning proposals in the federal sector. The Proposal Manager will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, RFP etc.) response whilst assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. The Proposal Manager will work with leadership to be responsible for the full opportunity life cycle of our proposals.Core ResponsibilitiesScheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposalDelivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined time framesCoordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from BD, sales, marketing, product teams, finance, pricing, contracts, legal and deliveryCommunicate and influence at a senior levelCoach sales teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practicesCreate, develop and maintain the documentation associated with the proposal development process as well as curate a digital proposal libraryRequiredA minimum of 12 years of work experience, with 8 years of proposal management experience in the Federal market placeLed/managed winning bid(s) for competitive opportunities where the contract value for the opportunity was $10 million or greaterManaged proposal efforts, where it was required to coordinate across both internal and external contributorsSuccessfully managed multiple proposal efforts simultaneouslyStrong written English language skills. (Must be able to provide samples)US Citizen with a Secret level clearancePreferredExperience designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation SolutionProposal automation software (or similar) experienceReceive tips & info on cleared job search, security clearances and career development.
