Your proactive approach makes you an invaluable asset to the internal communications team.The Impact You Will Have:As the Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will shape and nurture QTS’s company culture, ensuring employees across the U.S. and Europe are well-informed and aligned with the company’s mission and values.What You Will Do:Develop and implement data-driven internal communications strategies.Create and lead internal communications content across various channels including email, newsletters, and intranet.Lead the development of an internal communications calendar.Partner with teams to advance key messages affecting employees.Support change management initiatives and executive communications.Track and report data findings on employee sentiment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistency in messaging.Promote and attend special events/functions as needed.What You Will Need to be Successful:Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.Ten or more years of experience in communications.Strong communications skills in accordance with Associated Press style guidelines.The Perks:Employee Stock PurchaseEagle Club award trip eligibilityTuition assistance, parental leave, and military leave assistanceQTS is an equal opportunity employer.
