Senior Healthcare Attorney

The Brown & Fortunato Health Care Group, which currently includes fifteen lawyers who exclusively practice health law, provides sophisticated legal services to health industry clients throughout the United States. The attorneys represent institutional providers which include home medical equipment companies, hospitals and physicians, pharmacies, and home care providers.The firm is seeking an attorney with five to twelve years of experience heavily concentrated in health care law. Law firm experience is a prerequisite; some in-house experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will be self-starters with excellent academic credentials. Candidates must have effective communication and research and writing skills, a commitment to providing quality service to clients, and a keen attention to detail. An understanding of federal and state fraud and abuse and self-referral laws and other specialized healthcare issues is necessary. Strong organizational skills with proven delegation and follow-through ability are required.
