A lead Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, assessing, and administering contracts across a broad set of customers within the various channels of Market Access. These channels may include Payers and PBM’s, Specialty Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies, GPO’s along with Federal accounts such as the VA and DOD. This position is responsible for monitoring and administering contracts across the TG Therapeutics portfolio of products.Lead the preparation of commercial and government contracts, coordination of redlines, and maintenance of contract recordsManage implementation of contract terms, including customer/vendor master data updates and invoice validationMonitor performance metrics included in contracts; Hold customer and self accountable to ensure adherenceReview, process and manage contract customer eligibilityMaintain customer rosters; Communicate roster and pricing updates to stakeholders within agreed upon timelinesResearch and resolve contract inquiries or issuesTrack, analyze and resolve discrepancies related to contract sales and chargebacks dataCommunicate updates to and remain aligned with Data Team, ensuring company master data is reflective of contracting activitiesAssist with Government Program requirements, including the review of standard government pricing calculationsServe as liaison to Accounts Payable on contractual payments and assist in the preparation of remittance detailCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Operations, Account Management and Field TeamsUnderstand evolving business needs will occur and accept additional responsibilities and assignments when warrantedProfessional Experience/Qualifications

5+ years of bio-pharmaceutical industry experience with 5+ years of contract administration experienceProficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPsAbility to translate data and contract related information into impactful messages and trends; ability to highlight attention areas to ManagementMotivated by team environment and personal commitment; embodies a high level of integrity and exceptional work ethicDemonstrates strong attention to detail and understanding of how such detail aligns to overall objectivesAbility to prioritize, adapt to and navigate a constantly changing and often ambiguous environmentAbility to work independently, as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams across the organization; strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skillsEducation
