EV Charging Solution Partnership Manager

that will support the Mobility Solutions team by facilitating utility and energy industry engagement in charging solution strategy by leveraging internal and external relationships. The utility engagement manager will work with utilities to support processes and relationships that facilitate new power implementations to support EVSE implementations and new business services.The position will be based in our Lisle, Illinois headquarters and report into our Director of Mobility Solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and lead charging solution supplier market exploration processes and charging solution partner identificationBuild and lead onboarding processes for new partnersDevelop KPIs and monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insightsManage existing partner relationships, focusing on commercial and quality improvements and ensuring alignment with company objectivesSet up and (re-)negotiate cooperation/framework agreements with partnersMonitor and advise on market conditions and competitor activityReact to changes in the market by proposing, drafting, and developing new conceptsWork with our commercial, service, product, and marketing teams to deliver new initiatives, improving user experience for Navistar charging solutionsContribute to Navistar’s general charging solution strategy development

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degreeAt least 10 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experienceAt least 4 years of management experienceORMaster’s degreeAt least 8 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experienceAt least 4 years of management experienceORAt least 12 years of business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture experienceAt least 4 years of management experience

Additional Requirements

Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field with at least 8 years of energy industry experienceIndustry experience in Partner Management, Sales, Business Development, or Project Management, preferably in the EV charging or e-mobility industryStrong program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslySolid negotiations and influencing skills, along with an understanding of financial metrics, data analytics, and contract managementArticulate technical concepts and business value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences with a data-driven, fact-based approach to decision-making and a passion for innovationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teamsProven ability to effectively communicate to external and internal stakeholders (on executive level)Experience developing presentation materials for and interfacing with executive managementDemonstrate ability to effectively handle multiple activities and respond to changing priorities with good judgment
