Support the Product and Marketing team by ensuring that all product, technical, and specification information is accurate in print, digital, and e-commerce platforms. Coordinates go-to-market campaigns that support the growth and sales of products, including email campaigns, webinars, and e-commerce sites.Essential Functions

Assist product team with editing and formatting product documentsUpload documents into Sales-Ready Product Information (SRPI) tool, FTP site, and company websitesSchedule and produce webinarsTrack and develop monthly reports on digital, website, and e-commerce analytics, on-demand webinars, trade shows and email initiativesCoordinate literature orders, inventory, collateral edits, and reprintsCoordinate social media posts, email campaigns, and blog postsCreate and edit PowerPoint presentations and custom documents for customersAdminister copy and image edits to company websitesAdminister e-commerce and distributor portal sites, including maintaining accurate product information and pricing, uploading new, and editing, content and images and working with outside vendors on site work, and serving on the e-commerce committeeQualifications

2 years of related experienceAdobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop experienceFamiliarity with SEO best practices and guidelinesExperience with email marketingExperience with PPC and Google advertisingWordPress experience or similar platform using PHP programming languageAbility to use Google Analytics and create reports for distribution to managementExperience creating copy and images for social media, posting on platforms, using HubSpot or similarMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPointUse of Salesforce or other CRM systems
