Chart the course for our association’s success! You'll lead a passionate team, manage resources, and drive strategic initiatives to meet our organizational goals.Board Collaboration:
Partner with our board of directors to craft and execute policies and programs that align with our mission and vision.Member Engagement:
Build and nurture strong relationships with our members, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication, education, and advocacy.Advocacy & Representation:
Be the voice of our association in local, state, and national real estate matters. Advocate for our members and monitor the Volusia Real Estate Political Action Committee.Program Development:
Oversee the creation and implementation of valuable educational programs, events, and services, including managing the West Volusia Realtors Foundation.Compliance:
Ensure our operations are transparent, accountable, and in line with all relevant laws and industry standards, including NAR's Core Standards.Financial Oversight:
