$210,000 to $250,000 / YearPosition Highlights:Annual Base Salary - $210,000 to $250,000+.Annual Quality Bonus - up to $5,000/year.Sign-on/Commencement Bonus - $50,000.Shifts available: 8, 10, 12-hour shifts.2nd call - 1:7.7 ORs daily with over 8,000 cases annually.Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, two retirement plans - 401a with Sentara contribution, and 403b with Sentara match.48 days Paid Annual Leave (includes CME time off).Paid parental leave up to 4 weeks.Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) available.Sentara Health is a nationally recognized, innovative nonprofit healthcare system.
