About the role:

As a Business Process Analyst at Collective, you will play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey, analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across our organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative process solutions, and support their implementation to achieve our business objectives and better serve our businesses-of-one members. Responsibilities:Process Analysis and Improvement

Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementGather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and objectivesPerform data analysis to support process improvement initiatives, particularly focusing on optimizing services for our businesses-of-one membersDevelop process maps, workflows, and documentation to illustrate current and future state processesDesign and recommend process improvements, ensuring alignment with Collective's goals and industry best practices

Digital Transformation

Play a key role in Collective's digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for process improvementCollaborate with IT and product teams to implement digital solutions that streamline operations and enhance service deliveryStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions

Customer Experience Enhancement

Utilize customer journey mapping techniques to identify and improve key touchpoints for both internal and external customersCollaborate with the customer success team to implement process improvements that directly enhance customer satisfaction and experienceAnalyze customer feedback and data to drive process improvements that positively impact user experience

Strategic Contribution

Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing data-driven insights to inform company directionContribute to scalability initiatives, ensuring that processes can support Collective's rapid growthIdentify and propose innovative solutions that can give Collective a competitive edge in serving businesses-of-one

Stakeholder Engagement and Project Management

Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather insights and build consensus on process improvementsCommunicate process changes and benefits to stakeholders, providing training and support as neededFacilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvement discussions and decisionsManage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectivesDevelop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful implementationIdentify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues that may impact project outcomes

Performance Measurement

Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvementsMonitor and analyze process performance, and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs)Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of process changes and identify further improvement opportunities

What we want you to bring:

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related roleExperience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirableExperience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries is a plus

Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable improvementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityAdaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environmentExperience with customer journey mapping and a strong focus on enhancing customer experienceAbility to think strategically and contribute to high-level decision-making processesEagerness to grow and take on new challenges within a rapidly scaling startup environment

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $130,000 USD

The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
