The Data & Insights design team is looking for an exceptional designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cross-cloud and cross-product reporting and insights. Our goal is to transform complex data into accessible, actionable insights that empower decision-makers across various roles within digital marketing experience.What you’ll do
Drive
- passion and ability to drive from ambiguity to understanding to detailed designs and to drive alignment and reduce complexity through visual storytelling and design artifactsCollaborate
- work closely with cross-product stakeholders and experts to design innovative and coherent experiencesSimplify
- leverage capabilities across Adobe to build cross-cloud and cross-product workflows that allow for end to end data-driven workflowAnalyze
- define and measure key user experience success metrics to continuously identify gaps and opportunitiesConnect
- bring order through connect dots and structured design problem solvingMentor
- provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment and encouraging professional growth.What you need to succeed
Must-haves:Proven leadership in designing and launching sophisticated yet intuitive productsProficiency in managing large-scale workflows, automation, and data visualizationSolid experience with marketing, creative, and data tools used by enterprise-level teams and companiesExceptional design skills combined with a keen sense of business intuitionA genuine enthusiasm for working collaboratively with various teams and departmentsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including effective storytellingNice-to-haves:Prior experience working within an enterprise creative teamA college degree or equivalent experience in design, focusing on UX, graphic design, HCI, or a similar fieldAdvanced understanding of, and dedication to, accessible and inclusive design
